Page 32 is up! Thanks for waiting, guys.^^ So, what happens when you haven't eaten in four days and then gobble down a granola bar? *chuckle* Poor Wren.

I just got a new gorgeous piece of fanart! By Lauren Cottrell, one of the creators of Sweet Fat Life, which I'm already hooked on after reading two strips, cuz within two strips there was already one about Tesla. Can't beat that! *lol*

So I've been to a lot of cons. I've walked my tail off for four days straight carrying armloads weighing over 30 pounds. I thought I was this hardened convention veteran. And yet I was not prepared for Comic_con!

We staid in a hotel that was around a 15 minute walk to the convention center, which isn't bad, until you've done the walk 4 times before noon and discover your shoes are not in fact all that comfortable (you can tell because of the blood) and your bag is leaving welts around your neck. On the upside, I managed to not gain any weight despite the piles of food consumed at every turn. *urp* And it was really hard accomplishing anything because we were doing so much stuff!

Our hotel situation went from tragically bad to wonderful in a matter of hours, thanks to some terrible luck that landed us in a weird-arse little place where see-through showers are seen as a good idea and vermin are hiding in the gadgets, followed by some miraculously good luck that got us into Embassy suites with a beautifully boring layout and the best damn continental breakfast I've ever experienced. *URP!* Kinda whiplash-inducing, but a great story.

For everybody who came by the booth and took fliers or bought stuff from No Need For Bushido and/or Zap! or came to the Keenspot panel, you rock and we love you! If you missed us, worry not, we are SO going back next year. (maybe I'll even have stuff of my own!)

Okay, as for the update, I am working on the page right now. I'm going to try very hard to finish it tonight, but there's at least one background I want to make pretty, so it might be here tomorrow afternoon, but no later. Thank you for reading, and welcome to all new readers!

Check it out, I got some new fanart by Alex from No Need For Bushido. It's sooooo good. 0_O It's not fair! *cries*

You know what else isn't fair? The dvds for Coraline, Watchmen, AND 17 Again all come out tomorrow. Ouch! My monies! Luckily I will be on a plane bound for COMIC-CON (woooo) so I won't have to worry about the temptation for a whole week of dorking out, during which I'm sure I'll have plenty of other things to blow my monies on. (Perhaps some No Need For Bushido pins? Some tasty ZAP! printed books? Who can say.)

Alright, there's page 31. Anna continues to mess with him. ^_~ This may be a theme.

It's late and I can't think of anything to say besides yaaaay comic-con, and I think I've already said that, so, goodnight! Luv ya!

UGH! Okay, page 31 is still not done. At this point, if I were to finish it and post it tonight, I won't get one done for next Monday. So what I'm going to do is post this page on Monday, and use the extra time to get a head start on page 32, since next week I'm going to the San Diego COMIC-CON (wooo!) and I'm gonna need it! XD

I found it! The prodigal pen has returned. Had I a fattened calf I'd most certainly slaughter it. Thanks for the b-day wishes everyone, and the page will be here tomorrow! ^_^

SIGH! Well, I was on a roll for a little while there. But I'm afraid I'm incapable of updating until I find my missing wacom pen or get the new one in the mail. But hey, it's my birthday! Probably a good time to be forced to miss an update! Eheheheh... *headdesk* *crai* I will update page 31 as soon as I can, but until then, thanks for understanding and I'm very sorry, yet again.

Page 30 is now up! This is a long chapter, right? I think I've clocked this one around 34 pages. That's like 12 pages longer than a standard comic book, I'm told. Hehe. Woops.^^
